at789 supports deposits and withdrawals in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at at789's discretion without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. at789 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits are credited to your at789 balance after successful confirmation from the payment provider. at789 is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider processing times, banking cut-off hours, or network issues beyond at789's control.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. at789 reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being met in full before any withdrawal request can be submitted. at789 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are generally processed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks) are generally processed within 1–3 business days, subject to WIB banking hours and inter-bank transfer schedules. at789 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays outside its direct control.
All at789 account balances, bets, wagers, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in IDR. at789 does not apply currency conversion fees. If a deposit is received in a currency other than IDR, at789 reserves the right to convert it at its prevailing exchange rate or return the funds to the originating payment method.
Promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives are subject to individual promotion terms and are available only to eligible players as specified in each promotion's terms. at789 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion without prior notice.
Unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms, Bonus Funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type — slots generally contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at lower rates as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

All sports bets placed on at789 — including pre-match bets, live in-play bets, mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections), and handicap bets (voor bola, Asian handicap) — are subject to at789's Sportsbook Rules, which supplement these Terms. Results are determined by the official result at the conclusion of the relevant event, including any added time but excluding extra time, penalty shootouts, or other extensions unless otherwise specified for a given market.
All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live physical dealing mechanisms. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that the outcome of each game is independent of all previous outcomes and that at789 does not manipulate game results.
